Michigan Agriculture Environmental Assurance Program (MAEAP)
MAEAP's mission is to develop and implement a proactive environmental assurance program ensuring that Michigan farmers are engaging in cost-effective pollution prevention practices and working to comply with state and federal environmental regulations.
USDA Farm Bill Programs
The District office is co-located with USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service. We work closely with NRCS staff to provide Farm Bill programs to producers and landowners such as the Conservation Reserve Program, the Environmental Quality Incentives Program, and the Conservation Stewardship Program.
